Terms + Conditions

* A signed model release form is required prior to the beginning of the session.
    * Session fee is due prior to the beginning of the session.
    * Your session fee is nonrefundable but is transferable if you must reschedule. At least 24 hours notice is required if you wish to transfer your session fee towards a new session. Transferable session fees may only be applied to a new session within 3 months of your original session date.
    * Approximately five edited images will be posted to my website and facebook fan page within 2-3 days of your session. All other proofs will be available to view and order between 10-14 days of your session. If you wish for your pictures to not be posted on my website, please let me know in advance.
    * All images are copyrighted unless full resolution CD with copyright release is purchased. Images will be kept on file and will be available for printing for a period of one year from your session date. Unless otherwise discussed, I reserve the right to use any image for future promotions and/or for advertising purposes.
    * **Removing the watermark and using the photo online without permission is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and a claim of copyright infringement will be filed.
